The Bauhaus architect Ludwig Hilbersheimer built the Hörner residential building in 1935 in the style of New Building. It was listed as a historic monument in 1996 as an "outstanding example of New Objectivity", but this was later lifted. The building, which extends over three levels and has a flat roof, has approx. 550 m² of living space and a generous plot of approx. 2,025 m² surrounding the house. The garden floor with exit to one of the terraces contains a disused swimming pool. The ground floor and upper floor are characterized by large rooms, each with a fireplace.
